Model A41

Versatile Conveyor for Poultry House Clean-Out This conveyor is ideal for cleaning out litter from the center of poultry houses, especially in spaces with low ceiling heights. It significantly reduces litter handling time by efficiently pushing litter to the middle. Litter can be either pushed or dumped onto the conveyor from a wide range of angles. The conveyor measures 41 feet in total length, consisting of a 9-foot flat bottom section that is rigidly welded to a 32-foot uphill section. A hydraulic scissor lift raises the conveyor to a height of 10 to 15 feet during operation. The flat section operates at a height ranging from 10 inches to 24 inches off the ground, depending on how high the conveyor is lifted. An easy-to-remove hitch must be detached before use. The conveyor interior is 30 inches wide with 13-inch-high sides and is lined with heavy-duty plastic for enhanced durability. It features a strong, long-lasting pintle chain. An adjustable control gate is located just before the incline, allowing operators to regulate litter flow. Chain speed is controlled using a hydraulic flow control valve. To run the conveyor at full capacity, a tractor with a minimum hydraulic flow of 19 gallons per minute is required. Alternatively, the unit can be powered by a PTO (Power Take-Off), a self-contained hydraulic power unit, or an electric motor. Pricing varies based on the selected power source.

Model B32 & C32

These 32-foot-long conveyors are designed for efficient litter handling, featuring a hydraulic scissor lift that raises the unit from 10 to 16 feet. The easy-to-remove hitch must be detached before operation. When positioned, the hopper sits directly on the ground, allowing smooth material loading. The interior of the conveyor is 30 inches wide with 13-inch-high sidewalls. A durable plastic liner protects the bottom surface, ensuring long-lasting performance. The system uses a rugged pintle chain, known for its strength and longevity. Just after the hopper, an adjustable control gate allows precise regulation of litter flow onto the conveyor. The only difference between the B32 and C32 models lies in the hopper dimensions. The B32 features a hopper that measures 8 feet by 10 feet and stands 3 feet tall. The C32 has a larger hopper, measuring 10 feet by 11 feet with a height of 3.5 feet. Both models maintain the same core conveyor features and performance. Chain speed is controlled through a hydraulic flow control valve for consistent operation. To run the conveyor at full capacity, a tractor with at least 19 gallons per minute of hydraulic flow is required. The unit can also be powered via PTO, a self-contained hydraulic power unit, or an electric motor. Pricing varies depending on the chosen power source. .

The HF-Series conveyor is designed with versatility and efficiency in mind, offering multiple power options including hydraulic drive, PTO drive, and a self-contained unit. One of its key features is the ability to raise or lower the bottom conveyor, making it especially convenient for loading. When lowered, the bottom section can rest directly on the ground, simplifying material loading and making transport setup easier. All HF-Series conveyors measure 41 feet in total length and include a 9-foot folding short conveyor section. This folding design provides added flexibility during transport and operation. The interior of the conveyor is 30 inches wide with 13-inch-high sides, providing ample space for efficient litter movement. The bottom is lined with a heavy-duty, durable plastic liner, built to withstand frequent use. The conveyor operates using a strong and long-lasting pintle chain. Just before the upright section of the conveyor, an adjustable control gate is positioned to manage the flow of litter and prevent overloading. The hydraulic scissor lift allows the conveyor to be raised between 10 and 15 feet, depending on operational needs. For added convenience, an easy-to-remove hitch must be detached before use. All HF models also come standard with dust drops, cylinder locks, and tail lights for improved safety and transport readiness. Pricing will vary depending on the selected method of power—hydraulic, PTO, or electric/self-contained. Industrial A41

The Industrial A41 is a high-capacity conveyor engineered for demanding jobs. Capable of loading up to 28 tons in just 4 minutes, it is an ideal solution for operations requiring fast and efficient material handling. A key feature of the Industrial Series is the ability to raise or lower the bottom flat conveyor, allowing for easy ground-level loading. The main conveyor can be hydraulically raised to a height of 16 feet for optimal discharge. All Industrial models are built for heavy-duty use, featuring a 42-inch-wide conveyor and an overall length of 41 feet. Power is supplied by a reliable 65 HP Yanmar diesel engine, ensuring strong and consistent performance. Standard features include an easy-to-remove hitch, electric brakes, tail lights, dust drops, and a remote shutoff for added safety and convenience. The hopper is fully customizable to suit specific needs, whether you're using a dump truck-style hopper or opting for hydraulic folding sides. This flexibility allows the Industrial A41 to adapt to various loading and unloading setups with ease. Although this model tows smoothly on the road, it is recommended to use a ¾-ton truck for safe transport due to its size and weight. The Industrial A41 is designed not only for volume and speed but also with transport and usability in mind.
